Core temperature of human body is 98.6 F. If your temperature rises above 100.3 F you are likely having a fever. Mild fever is nothing you need to worry about. But if your temperature spikes to 103 or above, fever that lasts more than 3 days unresponsive to any medication, experiencing symptoms such as confusion, severe headache, severe stomach pain, vomiting, diarrhoea, difficulty breathing, rash, seizures than you better consult some physician.
